I did not renew my Organic Certification in 2007. This does not mean that I have changed to non-organic or non-sustainable methods of growing. I just don't have enough sales for it to be worthwhile to get certified.

Black Raspberries
Black Caps are only in
season at Hickory Spur Farm from about June 15th through the 1st of July. Didn't
have enough to market in 2008
Blueberries
Bushes are loaded this summer (2008) but I will probably keep them all for
myself.
Rosemary
This will be available by request this summer.
Blackberries
My blackberry bushes appear to have virus'. There is no cure
for virus' in brambles according to NC State.
Blackberries canes are being removed.
